Great massage salon! We’ve been here 4 times in total during our stay in Koh Samui. I had the worst pain in my back and neck after a few days of intense training combined with very bad sleep, so I went and had the back, neck and shoulder massage - which was very effective. The massage therapist paid a lot of attention to the knots in my back and shoulders. I felt so much better afterwards. After this we made a reservation for the sauna/steam bath, body scrub and oil massage. This was very relaxing and our skin was so soft afterwards. The last time my boyfriend went back for a sports massage. He asked the massage therapist to not hold back on putting pressure and she definitely didn’t. His muscles felt much more relaxed - which was nice after a week of training 2 times a day :). Will definitely come back if we decide to visit Koh Samui again. Thank you so much!! ~ Lauren

Had a Traditional Oil Thai Massage for 1.5 hours with Natcha yesterday. She is sooooooooo good. She knows exactly where the pain is like a truely trained professional masseur. I walked in with so much all over body pain and walked out with none. Today I've felt great and am going back again before I leave. Wish I could take her with me to Australia. My husband and I visited Refresh Health Massage and got manicures and pedicures. The service was excellent!! The chairs are super comfortable to spend a few hours there, the place is very clean and nice. When doing my nails color the level of detail was great. I got in love with the color Kan put on my nails so I wanted to purchase it and she went far and beyond to make sure I had it. Don’t think about it and go to Refresh Health Massage for any of your beauty treatments while in Koh Samui!! :) ~ Carolina Q

I had both my manicure and pedicure done with Khun Ning, and I can honestly say this place is amazing. The pedicure, in particular, was outstanding. The staff are very friendly and genuinely attentive. The place is clean, and the service truly comes from the heart. I also tried their facial scrub treatment, and they use high-quality products. The service is comparable to a five-star hotel spa, but at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended! ~ Meen K

The best manicure/pedicure+foot scrub, I was really satisfied, I can honestly say it was on the same level as back home, or even slighty better. I had also thai massage together with my husband, it was great, I appreciate they gave us clothes, which is absent in some other places. My third visit was foot massage which was very relaxing and included also a bit hands/arms/head massage. The last but not least - the place is very clean and hygienic. ~ Veronika

I’ve been to Refresh Health Massage twice this week and I’ll definitely keep coming back. For just 400 baht, you get a full hour of foot and leg massage and it’s honestly one of the best I’ve had. The women here are so kind, professional, and really know what they’re doing - I have left feeling lighter and completely relaxed. It’s a calm, welcoming space. Today I had a massage with a masseuse name Alice. She massaged very well. I have office syndrome, stiff neck and shoulders. She knows how to relieve the tension. She is a very experienced masseuse. I feel much more relaxed after the massage. The shop is clean. I recommend it. ~ Pintira P
